Well, even though we decided to hold back on the big TDoM revision, we're still making changes. The largest complaint we get in TDoM is that we have lost a lot of our former glory (and we certainly have). People complain about having to change their name, even when they're already in the clan, when at one point just being invited to TDoM was the greatest honor of an entire WC career.

Now I could go into a whole story about how we needed to "gather the ranks" and "spread the word" but that didn't stop it from becoming a less respectable clan. Now it's time to get down to the dirty business (the business that is the reason Soul is not the chieftain >.>): cleaning the clan.

Starting Monday, there will be a two-week trial period for ALL members of TDoM (including Grunts, Shamans, and even myself) in which a series of tests must be passed. This is not an absolute judgment. If you fail the trial you are not banished from TDoM forever, it simply means that you must work harder and try again (once you have failed you may only try once per week, so make sure it's a good one).

The reason I'm postponing it until Monday is not only that I won't be here tomorrow (or possibly the next day) but also because I need to consider what the trial will consist of (since we still don't have a TDoM maze). Note that this means that this trial is not the only one you have to pass. Even though you may pass this and become a TDoMee, you are still being watched and may have to perform additional tests (specifically the TDoM maze once it is released).

In the future I may create an "affiliate" program through my bot that will allow people to be, well, affiliated with TDoM without actually being in the clan. This would include people who have failed the trial yet show potential for the future or people who contribute to the clan indirectly. More details will be released on this later with an explanation of a possible new ranking system.

Just to clear up any confusion on a question I know will be asked frequently, "Will we be kicked out of the clan during the two-week probationary period?" or "Do we get to stay in the clan as we are?"
